Really. Hosting is included at every tier — Starter, Professional, and Premium. We use fast, WordPress-optimised servers. There is no separate hosting invoice, ever. The price you see is the price you pay.
What happens if my site gets hacked?
We handle it. Malware removal is included from the Professional plan up. On the Starter plan, we'll quote you a flat cleanup fee — typically $150–$250 depending on severity. Either way, you won't be alone dealing with it.
Who actually responds when I have a question?
Kris, the founder. Not a support bot, not a junior handler, not an offshore team. The same developer who manages your site is the person who reads your message and replies — within 24 hours on Professional/Premium, or within 2 business days on Starter.
Can I migrate my site from my current host?
Yes, migration is included. We handle the technical transfer from your current host or care plan. Most migrations complete within 24 hours with zero downtime.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel any time with 30 days notice. No lock-in contracts. We'll also help you migrate your site out if you want — we believe in making it easy to leave, because that's what keeps people around.
